With over 15 years of experience in high-performance automotive engineering, Elia has been a passionate car enthusiast since childhood, spending years immersed in the world of motorsport and performance tuning.
EMP is a shop built for true car enthusiasts—those who appreciate dealership-level quality but want it at a realistic, honest price. From performance upgrades and precision tuning to full custom builds, every project is approached with care, purpose, and pride.

Our Journey
From a small workshop to a renowned performance studio.
2010 - Early Days
Started as a passionate car enthusiast, working on personal projects in his home garage. Self-taught through hands-on experience with his own vehicles.
2014 - Professional Start
Began his professional career as a mechanic, quickly developing expertise in European performance vehicles, particularly BMW M3s and other M-series cars.
2017 - BMW Specialist
Became known for his exceptional work on BMW M3s, specializing in performance tuning, maintenance, and custom modifications for the platform.
2020 - EMP Launch
Founded EMP to provide specialized service for performance car enthusiasts, focusing on quality work at honest prices. Started with a small but dedicated client base.
2023 - Today
Continues to grow EMP while maintaining the same passion for cars and commitment to quality that started in his home garage. Now serving a broader performance car community with the same attention to detail.
